feat(fedi): interact bookmarklet on the My-replies page

A drag-to-bookmarks-bar button that opens <yoursite>/authorize_interaction with the
current page URL — so you can like/boost/reply to any fediverse post from your own site.
Origin is baked in client-side (location.origin). New i18n fedi.bm_label/bm_help.
