chore(release): 1.3.0

Feature release: host + vote on fediverse polls (everywhere), inline mentions in
posts, mention notifications, remote reply-thread fetch, alt text on media, post
language (contentMap), report/Flag (out + in), audio cover art on the native
player, one-way open audio sharing, remote video posters, URL auto-linking,
bracketed token fixes, og:image variant setting, SQLite concurrency pragmas.

  • package.json — 1.2.0 → 1.3.0
  • CHANGELOG(.nl/.de).md — [Unreleased] → [1.3.0] — 2026-07-02 (all three languages)
