release: 1.2.0 — PeerTube embeds, light OG cards, stats IP-exclude, video-cover + federation fixes

Features since 1.1.0: PeerTube videos embed in the News feed; light Open Graph
cards for Light-theme sites; admins can exclude their own IP from statistics;
right-click Save is suppressed on media (friction).
Fixes: animated video covers render correctly in the Circle/grid/feed; Follow
delivered via the retry queue (no more stuck 'pending'); boost cards drop the
'RE: <url>' prefix; fediverse hardening (HTTP-signature replay window + mandatory
digest, block a boost's original author, serialized per-site pin resync).

Changelog finalized in EN + NL + DE.
