chore(release): 1.3.5

Patch release: polls keep their cover art when federated (author-side),
and the Android Updates page reads the actually-installable bundle
version instead of the stable branch.

  • package.json — 1.3.4 -> 1.3.5
  • CHANGELOG(.nl/.de).md — [Unreleased] -> [1.3.5] — 2026-07-04 (all three)
