chore(release): 1.3.4

Patch release: self-heal retries until a clean pass (briefly-offline
origins no longer stay stale forever) and re-boosting refreshes the
cached copy from every boost path.

  • package.json — 1.3.3 -> 1.3.4
  • CHANGELOG(.nl/.de).md — [Unreleased] -> [1.3.4] — 2026-07-04 (all three)
