docs(handleiding): rewrite the fediverse sections to match the current app

Solo/Circles mode, the 5-tab Fediverse section (News/Following/Replies/Notifications/
Blocking), in-place like/boost, the Circle (featuring + boosts incl. non-followed), the
interact bookmarklet and the profile summary. Removes the stale Tijdlijn / Beheer→Cirkel
references. NL/EN/DE.
