feat(fedi): rename feed Newspaper -> News (/newspaper -> /news)

EN label + route shortened to 'News' / '/news' (+ sub-routes, links, form actions,
render path, view newspaper.ejs->news.ejs, RESERVED_SLUGS, pageTitle). NL 'Krant' and
DE 'Zeitung' unchanged.
