feat: site player pauses when an embedded video/audio starts playing

No more double audio: when an embed iframe (.folio-embed, e.g.
YouTube/Vimeo/SoundCloud/Spotify) is clicked and gets focus -> window 'blur';
if the site player is playing, we pause it. audio-player.js v=11->v=12.
