fix(cirkel): cover videos are decorative — no <video> right-click menu/controls

A cover that federated as an MP4 renders as a real <video>, so right-click
showed the browser's video menu (Loop, Show all controls, Picture in
picture, Save video as) and clicks hit the video instead of the tile link.
pointer-events:none lets clicks + right-click fall through to the tile <a>
(normal link menu, whole tile clickable); autoplay is unaffected.
