docs(fonts): add SIL OFL 1.1 license for the bundled fonts

  • src/assets/fonts/OFL.txt — the repo redistributes Fraunces, Plus Jakarta Sans and Literata (woff2 + a Fraunces TTF); the OFL requires the license to accompany the font files. Adds the full OFL 1.1 text plus each font's copyright/source. No reserved-font-name conflicts (we use the fonts unmodified under their original names).
