fix(editor): Save/Cancel bar above the keyboard on mobile

The sticky-bottom action bar ended up behind the mobile keyboard →
buttons off screen. When body.kb-open the bar is now fixed and its top
is positioned just above the keyboard via the visual viewport, so Save/
Cancel remain reachable while typing.
