fix(fediverse): follow button now shares the social-icon circle (32px)

Root cause: .profile-links a { width:32px } styled the social <a> icons, but the
follow <button> didn't match that selector and fell back to an inline
.profile-link { 36px } -> 36px vs 32px mismatch. Add .profile-fedi-link to the
.profile-links a size/hover rules so the button is a true peer at every
breakpoint; logo svg 22px in the 32px circle.
