docs(lite): clarify Lite mode is reversible (env flag + restart, no reinstall)

  • README.md — Lite-mode section: switching KLONKT_AUDIO back to on + restart restores audio; the flag only gates routes/UI, DB tables are never dropped so tracks are preserved.
  • .env.example — same one-line note next to KLONKT_AUDIO.
