auth: no shell chrome on login/register/reset (headerless focus screens)

Auth pages get bodyClass 'on-auth'; shell gates masthead/profile-header/
view-switcher/bottom-tab on a shared bareChrome flag (on-hub OR on-auth).
Logging in is now a clean screen without a header.
