style(cirkel): transparent PNG covers on a white background

Transparent logos (e.g. a remote site's PNG) blended into the dark Cirkel card.
Put a white background-color behind cover tiles/images on the Cirkel page; opaque
covers fully cover it, so only transparent ones change.
