bd: redact 3 fediverse hardening issues (kept exploit detail out of public tracker)

The critical fediverse issues (SSRF, stored-XSS, cross-actor delete) are
already fixed; the remaining follow-ups are medium/low. Specifics live in
private maintainer notes, not in the public issues.jsonl.
