ui(fan-gate): post-nav pixel-perfect match with the regular post

The fan gate wrapped the nav in a plain .container (672px); the post
page uses .post-page (720px, padding 0 1rem). Fan gate wrapper is now
.fg-navwrap with identical dimensions so the Newer/Older cards line up
exactly.
