View-switcher: margin-top 1.5rem in shared-styles (the winning inline rule)

The previous edit was in style.css, but shared-styles.ejs (inline <style>,
later in the cascade) set margin-top:0.5rem and won — so the alignment
stayed skewed. Now set symmetrically in the winning rule (1.5rem above =
1.5rem below).
