fediverse comments: clean mobile meta (wrap name/handle, date on its own line)

The comment meta was a no-wrap flex row, so on narrow screens name/handle/date got
squeezed into thin columns that broke mid-word. Now it wraps, and on <=560px the
date drops to its own line.
