View-switcher: pill centred between the two lines (equal space above/below)

margin-top 0 + symmetric container padding 0.5rem → ~8px above and below
the pill, centred between the profile header line and the bar border. Feed
spacing (margin-bottom) unchanged. Replaces the uneven 12/5 split.
