fix: auth-reset.ejs EJS comment broke compile (nested <% in <%# comment)

The Dutch comment contained a literal <%- and <strong>, which the EJS parser
read as a nested open tag → 'no matching close tag'. Reworded (English, no
nested tags). Pre-existing latent bug surfaced by the comment-translation pass.
