style(instellingen): styled selects instead of bare native dropdowns

.set-form select received no styling → native look. Now same style as inputs:
appearance:none + custom chevron SVG, accent focus, full width. Affects the
Default Language and Timezone dropdowns (+ future selects in admin settings).
