fix(fediverse): use the Fediverse logo (inline SVG) for the follow button

Replaces the elephant emoji with the Fediverse pentagon logo, inlined as an
SVG with fill=currentColor and a square viewBox cropped to the artwork, so it
sits in the social-link circle pixel-identical to the other icons (same 36px
ring, 18px glyph, ink-soft -> white on hover). Drops the emoji-only CSS.
