Cleanup: remove the on-screen patron diagnose line (bug found + fixed)

The visible "diagnose:" line on the "Nog geen supporter" page was a temporary
aid to debug boiert.eu blind; it did its job (a wrong campaign_id, now
auto-derived). Drop it from the page. The non-identifying server-side
console.warn in verifyPatron stays as ordinary owner diagnostics.

• stop passing debug to the result page

src/views/pages/paid-result.ejs

• remove the diagnose line + its style
