fix(circle): wrap long titles/URLs in no-cover grid tiles instead of overflowing

Federated link posts (e.g. boosted Mastodon links) use a long bare URL as their
title; without word-breaking it overflowed past both edges of the gradient tile and
got clipped mid-URL. It now wraps and clamps to 4 lines cleanly.

• src/assets/css/style.css — .grid-tile-title: overflow-wrap:anywhere + word-break + hyphens + max-width:100%
• src/views/shell.ejs — bump style.css buster v63 -> v64
