fix(downloads+agenda): downloads list gets header+pill; Solo/Circle grey

• on-downloads (the often-pinned downloads list) no longer headerless → profile header + nav pill, like a normal page. The email capture (/download/:id) stays a focus page without header.
• On both calendar and downloads pages, Solo/Circle + Timeline/Grid also grey (no active feed view there).
