fix(editor): exit fullscreen scrolls to content top + clearer tap hint

• On shrink, the content frame scrolls to block:start (top) instead of jumping to the footer.
• "Tap to edit" is now a centred pill + dashed border around the field (on touch) instead of a small, unobtrusive corner pill.
