fix: fresh install uses klonkt defaults (navy + #e8b04b), not old orange

No-site fallbacks (shell.ejs accent+palette, render.js navAccent, server.js
favicon) were still set to #c2410c/'sage'; ensurePrimarySite also created a
sage/orange site. Now the klonkt brand colours are applied everywhere on a
fresh install.
