fix(mobile): remove interactive-widget=resizes-content again

It caused the page to scroll up to make room for the keyboard (no longer
needed now that the writing field has its own scroll box) and also broke
keyboard-open detection (innerHeight shrank along with it → difference
~0). Back to resizes-visual; the action bar + fullscreen + kb-open already
handle the keyboard via the visual viewport.
