ui(editor): simple inline content layout on touch (toolbar hidden)

Inline (non-fullscreen) on touch now shows only the content preview plus
the tap-to-edit pill; the formatting toolbar and border are hidden
(editing happens fullscreen anyway). Toolbar appears only in fullscreen.
