fix(player): muted start to work around YouTube autoplay block

YouTube blocks unmuted autoplay (track loaded title but stayed at 0:00).
Now the YT player starts MUTED (muted autoplay is always allowed) and
unmutes in onYTState once it is actually playing (unless the user muted it
themselves). buster audio-player.js?v=27.
