feat(activitypub): per-comment reply-via-fediverse + clearer button

Visitors can now reply to a specific fediverse comment from their own server
(bounces authorize_interaction at the comment AP id). Replaced the unclear
elephant emoji with a reply-arrow icon and gave the post button a clean accent
pill style.
