feat(profile): fediverse-follow button in the avatar summary modal

• views/partials/profile-header.ejs — add a neat accent-pill "follow via the fediverse" button to the .pf-summary modal (gated on _showFollow = apEnabled + not owner). Reuses the existing .profile-fedi-link delegated handler (prompt for your server → bounce to authorize_interaction) via data-fedi-actor-slug; same fediverse icon as the header; + CSS.
