style: drop the 0.4px blur on cover thumbnails

• src/assets/css/style.css — remove filter:blur(.4px) from .grid-tile-img + .post-list-cover img; the server-side thumbnails are already crisp at ~2x display size, so the smoothing band-aid only softened them
• src/views/shell.ejs — bump style.css buster v62 -> v63
