Branding: PWA id + npm package name prutfolio -> klonkt

PWA id-base klonkt-<slug>, package name klonkt, manifest name-fallback Klonkt.
Note: changing the id orphans existing PWA installs (no migration possible) ->
anyone who had the site installed as a PWA needs to reinstall it once
(data remains server-side).
