docs: remove the obsolete Circles v1 spec (Ed25519 pull → replaced by ActivityPub)

  • docs/cirkels-v1-spec.md — deleted; it described the old custom Ed25519-signed pull protocol that was removed when Circles was rebuilt on ActivityPub (2026-06-26). Nothing referenced it.
