account: cleaner profile card — clickable avatar with camera badge

Replaced the clunky "Choose file / No file chosen / Upload" row with
a clickable avatar (camera badge, upload immediately on file selection)
+ a small "Remove photo" link. Larger avatar, tighter buttons (emojis
removed).
