fix: users list alignment + site icon SF -> K (Klonkt)

• admin-users: role dropdown fixed width (112px) + height (40px) matching the delete button, controls bottom-aligned -> dropdowns and trash buttons are evenly aligned across all rows (were skewed due to auto-width selects + center-alignment on the taller label+select block).
• favicon (_renderFavicon): 'SF' -> 'K' for Klonkt.
