fix(editor): empty edit dialog on mobile — crop zone had no height

.imed-stage was flex:1 without an explicit height → collapsed to 0px in the
flex column, so Cropper got no space and the dialog only showed the buttons
(no image). Now a fixed stage height (58vh) + cropper container forced to
100% width/height.
