style: Spotify box — inner area back to theme colour (white border stays)

The white border/box around the Spotify embed remains, but the interior is
no longer white: bg + overflow inherit from the base card again
(var(--paper-2)) and the facade text uses theme tokens, so it looks correct
in every theme. embed.css v=2 -> v=3.
