Circle UI: show reason for outdated/unknown status instead of silent "paused"

The status display only handled active/error; everything else (including the
new 'outdated' status) fell into an else that showed "paused" with no
reason. Now a dedicated 'outdated' branch (version mismatch + last_error),
a real 'paused' branch, and a catch-all that shows the raw status + reason.
No more silent messages.
