Audio: Admin/Account navigation via htmx (player stays alive, no jumping)

User-menu (topnav) + hub-home Admin/Account links now use htmx ?partial=1
→ the admin/account page loads into #pcms-main + OOB-chrome (admin
variant), while the audio player in document.body stays alive. Admin pages
have no DOMContentLoaded scripts (IIFEs) so they work via htmx. Logout
remains a full page load.
