ui(admin-google): clearer redirect URI instruction

Redirect URI shown in a prominent box with label, copyable URL, numbered
steps (Google Cloud Console → Credentials → OAuth client → Authorized
redirect URIs) and an exact-match warning (https, no trailing slash →
otherwise redirect_uri_mismatch).
