Help guide: how to reset a forgotten password

The break-glass path is scripts/reset-admin.mjs, but nothing in the app
said so — the only visible route was /auth/reset-request, which silently
does nothing when SMTP is not configured. Added an entry in NL, EN and DE
that leads with the command line and mentions the mail link as the
conditional one.
