fix(layout): scrollbar-gutter: stable — no content shift between pages

A long page (post) shows a scrollbar, a short one (downloads) does not → the
centred content shifted ~15px between them (not pixel-perfect). Now html always
reserves the scrollbar space. style.css?v=24.
