feat(media): shared Media tab bar across Images / Audio / Playlists

A new partials/media-tabs.ejs renders the Afbeeldingen | Audio | Playlists tabs (active one
highlighted) and is included on /admin/media, /admin/audio and /admin/playlists — so you can move
between all three from any of them. Playlists is now a tab too.
