ux(fedi): make clear a remote reply lands on the source post, not this page

A layperson read the reply-via-fediverse page as a comment box and didn't see
their reply appear. Added an accent note in the composer ('your reply shows up
on the original post, not here'), reworded the Sent confirmation to say the same,
and made the 'view on the source' button the primary action. nl/en/de.
