fix(downloads): same post width as a real post

.post-page (max-width 720px) was only inline in post.ejs → the downloads page
was missing it and fell back to .container (narrower on small screens, much wider
on large screens). Now global in style.css → posts and /downloads share the exact
same container width. style.css?v=22.
