change(player): player bar only appears on first audio click

The site pre-seed (PCMS_SITE_TRACKS) made the bar visible on page-load
already (loadTrack metaOnly). Now the pre-seed only queues up the tracks;
the bar appears only when the user clicks an audio item (setQueue/loadTrack
reveals it). An active session (restore) still shows the bar while navigating.
