fix(fedi): tidy the Follow-via-fediverse modal

• views/partials/profile-header.ejs — drop the server <datalist> dropdown; the last-used server is still pre-filled from localStorage (remember-last behaviour kept).
• services/i18n.js — fedi.remote_prompt: drop the '(e.g. @you@…)' example (nl/en/de).
